Each conference room will be supplied with a projector, laptop, remote control for switching slides, laser pointer and a whiteboard (or equivalent surface for writing). Computers will be provided with Adobe Reader (9,X), Microsoft Powerpoint Reader and Word Reader (2003, 2010), K-lite codec pack for multimedia support.
If you require an additional equipment (an overhead projector) please let us know during the conference before your session starts.
